Cheddar cheese isn’t really cheese at all. It’s a physical manifestation of childhood disappointment. It’s manufactured by gathering a bunch of children in a room and giving them each a large handful of candy… then taking all of it away from them just before they can eat it. Their tears are harvested and processed into cheddar. The greater the disappointment, the sharper the flavor.
